Friends and neighbors on River Road. Dick and I graveled the hill on the south side of Thunder Bridge. Now the hill is passable in 2 WD. Keep speeds down, speed causes damage to the road and can cause accidents. If you feel unconfortible driving slow consider parking on Skyliners Road and walk River Road.
